Palletized cargo
Cartons · Bags · Mixed SKUs
Selective racking up to 4 levels for finished goods, packaged chemistries, and industrial inputs. Shrink-wrapped, barcoded, WMS-tracked.
Civil Defense–approved storage for paints, lubricants, water-treatment chemicals, detergents, and industrial inputs. Segregated by UN class, audited daily, and handled by certified teams from our Riyadh base.
BSX runs Saudi Arabia's purpose-built chemical warehousing: bunded floors, segregation by UN class, AFFF suppression, ATEX-rated ventilation, and an SDS-first intake process. We handle paints, lubricants, water-treatment chemistries, detergents and industrial inputs — from a single pallet to multi-bay contracts.
Every shipment is logged against its Safety Data Sheet on arrival, segregated per Civil Defense and HCIS compatibility matrices, and stored under documented chain-of-custody until release. Real-time inventory, audit-ready paperwork, no surprises.
BSX is approved to store and segregate UN hazard classes 2 through 9 (excluding Class 1 explosives and Class 7 radioactive). Segregation follows Civil Defense compatibility matrices, not best-effort.
Out of scope: Class 1 (explosives) & Class 7 (radioactive) materials are not handled. For Class 2.3 (toxic gases) and Class 5.2 (organic peroxides), contact us — these are case-by-case with additional permits.

5 – 25 L · Retail-ready
Carton-on-pallet picking for retail-format chemistry. Lot-tracked, FEFO rotation, marketplace-ready handover for D2C and B2B.
Built to the Civil Defense chemical-warehouse code: bunded slabs, ATEX-rated ventilation, AFFF suppression, hydrant ring main, segregated cages, and 24/7 monitored CCTV. Inspected annually, audited continuously.
Dedicated chemical warehouse, separated from general 3PL operations by 30 m fire break.
Reinforced concrete slabs with epoxy coating and perimeter bunding sized to 110% of the largest container.
Aqueous Film-Forming Foam over wet-pipe sprinkler, fed by 4-hour dedicated water reservoir + diesel pump.
ATEX Zone-2 rated extract fans with continuous LEL monitoring; automatic boost on solvent intake.
Selective rack with anti-collapse mesh; chemical-bay racks are clear-aisle with no facing storage for Class 3.
HD CCTV with 30-day retention, two on-site fire watch shifts, mobile patrol every 2 hours overnight.
License renewed annually after on-site inspection. Compatibility matrix kept current with HCIS & UN ADR.
Inventory, lot, batch, expiry & SDS document trail. Customer dashboard + REST API for ERP & marketplace sync.
A chemical warehouse lives or dies on its intake process. Here's ours — repeatable, documented, audit-ready.
Before a single drum books in. Safety Data Sheet, UN number, hazard class, and segregation requirements logged and pre-approved.
Cross-check against the booking, label and placard verification, leak/seal inspection, photo evidence captured on WMS.
Assigned to a bay that satisfies Civil Defense + HCIS compatibility — no flammable next to oxidizer, no acid next to base. Period.
Real-time WMS, continuous LEL & CCTV monitoring, monthly cycle counts, weekly bund inspections, daily fire watch logs.
Hazmat-certified drivers, ADR-spec vehicles, chain-of-custody from pick to consignee signature. Documents close out on delivery.
If your supply chain has a Safety Data Sheet attached, there's a good chance we already operate for someone like you. Below is the short list — the work behind each one is the long list.
They're never about price. They're about whether you can keep their license clean, their auditors quiet, and their cargo intact.
We're not “compliant with” — we're approved by, audited annually, and our facility license is on the wall. Compatibility matrices follow HCIS and UN ADR.
Storage, hazmat transport, customs handover, and last-mile under one roof, one contract, one accountable team. Fewer hand-offs, fewer points of failure.
Every drum has an SDS on file, every movement a timestamp, every release a signature. Pull a 3-year history in two clicks for your next ISO or Civil Defense audit.
Send the SDS, the volume, and the destination. We'll come back with a compliant storage + transport quote, and a slot you can plan against.
Don't see yours? Our compliance team will respond on the same business day.
Ask a questionClasses 2 (excl. 2.3 toxic gas without prior arrangement), 3, 4 (4.1, 4.2, 4.3), 5.1, 6.1, 8 and 9. Class 1 (explosives) and Class 7 (radioactive) are not handled. Class 2.3 and 5.2 are case-by-case with additional permits.
Yes — we contract from 1 m² of shelf. Most chemical customers start with a few pallets and scale into a dedicated bay over the first quarter as confidence builds.
Both, on the same contract. BSX runs a hazmat-certified fleet (ADR-spec, hazmat-trained drivers) for KSA-wide distribution and GCC long-haul. One operator, one bill of lading, one accountable team end-to-end.
Three things: (1) the Safety Data Sheet for every SKU, (2) the UN number + hazard class, and (3) the expected volume and inbound schedule. With those, we pre-clear the booking, pre-assign a bay, and you skip the loading-dock argument on arrival.
Yes — and we encourage it. Walkthroughs are scheduled the same week. Inspectors get a packet on arrival: facility license, fire system test logs, SDS register, training records, and our compatibility matrix.
A customer dashboard with real-time stock by SKU, lot, batch and expiry. A REST API for ERP / marketplace sync. Document trail — PODs, gate slips, SDS revisions — downloadable in the portal, retained 3 years minimum.
One of our operations leads will reply on the same business day. Most quotes come back within 24 hours.
